How long does testing take?
-
Total time testing will be approximately two hours. Any further testing will be rescheduled for another session. There will be a second appointment with the psychologist to go over the results. This feedback session occurs prior to the release of the report.
-
Our approach to testing is a bit different from other providers for two reasons: 1) There is a shortage of providers in the area, which results in long waitlists. Our short waitlist and quick report turn-around allow for clients to obtain needed services and resources. 2) Most of the clients we see have concerns about Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Extensive testing is exceptionally demanding, so we attempt to create the most comfortable testing atmosphere with the least demand that also provides accurate results.
04
When can I expect to receive my testing results?
After testing, it takes us approximately 1-2 weeks to complete the report. Once the report is complete, we will reach out to you to schedule the feedback session to go over the results. Most clients, though dependent on scheduling, will receive their results within 2-4 weeks from initial testing.
